As of now they’ve revealed that the first few purchasers of the game in Japan will recieve a digital gamebook with their purchases.

Editors Opinion: Although I’ve never gotten around to play this title in particular. I am extremely excited to play this game and will even look to platinum this title as I’ve heard many good things about this long awaited gem. I also assumed that this would eventually re-release on the PS4 based on the success of Odin’s Sphere which is created by the same Dev Team. Either way I am very happy and look forward to reporting to you guys the release date of the North American and EU version.

Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer Expansion Comrades Delayed

What’s Up PlayStation Nation,

Final Fantasy XV has spoken of how it’s planned to keep the marquee title alive and well beyond it’s single player DLC in the past and we’ve reported on the previous Multiplayer expansion details. This week it has been revealed in a press release via Final Fantasy XV’s Twitter that the multiplayer expansion was set to release at the end of this month on October 31st but since has been set to release a bit later. Here’s what they had to say below:

“Due to final adjustments and to create the best possible experience, the online expansion Final Fantasy XV: Comrades will now be released in early November,” Square Enix

Editors Opinion: The Multiplayer was fun as well as surprisingly expansive as it showed some promising offerings. The action was fluid as well. My only personal hope is that the FFXV community that’s left truly gives this shot. It was a fresh and fun experience with friends but based on my experience within the time frame of the beta match making did require a bit of work and I feel based on my experience from the beta that this will be heavily reliant on player engagement. So if this this does not gain the correct response from gamers who may not be used to this change in content from a mainline FF title, it may or may not thrive. Of course this is just an early assumption. I hope it does well based on the efforts taken however as it is a very fun experience. But with the late implementation and desire of other games it could be a bit of a tricky road to entice gamers who have since completed the game’s mainline story.

This comes as no surprise just about as the beta build we’ve previously play was in need of a few fixes. This is not necessarily bad news as it’s better to have to a delayed game than a broken game as “some” gamers these days feel. But at any rate fans who have been excited for this expansion will have to hold off a bit longer. But what do you think? Are you looking forward to the Multiplayer expansion? Are you or aren’t you interested in the online implementation of a mainline Final Fantasy game later having online elements? We’d love to hear your thoughts so leave your comments below. Along side being known for it’s strong story. The MP is known to be fun when the general flow of the Multiplayer half of the game isn’t tinkered with too badly. With that being said Naughty dog is seeking to maintain the balance of a fun and fast paced multiplayer experience with it’s latest patch which just so happens to be free for all owners of the Uncharted 4 game.

As reported via the website here are the latest changes to be implemented below:

Easier to get back into qualifiers:
• Failing qualifiers now sets you back to 90% of the previous rank (was 60 – 90%), so winning your next game will loop directly back into qualifiers

• Ties no longer award Rank Points to either team

• New Devon

Economy changes:

• Idle player kick timer reduced to 30 seconds

Menu Changes:
• New option allows the user to launch the game and be taken directly into Multiplayer
• You can now use |d_pad_l||d_pad_r| to select booster levels and weapon/sidekick/mystical mods, for faster loadout editing
• Global leaderboard now shows percentile in the format “Top x% of all players”
• You can now scroll to the top of the leaderboard by pressing |t|
