Editors Opinion: Although I’ve never gotten around to play this title in particular. I am extremely excited to play this game and will even look to platinum this title as I’ve heard many good things about this long awaited gem. I also assumed that this would eventually re-release on the PS4 based on the success of Odin’s Sphere which is created by the same Dev Team. Either way I am very happy and look forward to reporting to you guys the release date of the North American and EU version.

But what do you think? Are you looking forward to this game? Will you pick it us once it hits stateside? Comment below let us know. For news like this & more. Keep us bookmarked and make sure to check back with us here at What’s Up PlayStation!

Persona 5 Standard Edition Comes With A Little Extra

What’s Up PlayStation Nation,

It’s been almost 4 years since we’ve been introduced to the gaming goodness known as Persona 5. The 5th entry into the series has been highly anticipated among JRPG and PlayStation fans alike. Since it’s  2013 TGS reveal fans have been chomping at the bit to get their hands on this anticipated gem. Although our far-eastern PlayStation family have had their hands on the title since September 2016. Atlus seems to be willing to make good on the wait for the western fans by giving us something special even for those of you who haven’t pre-ordered the limited steel book edition and “Take Your Heart” collectors edition. But have no fear Atlus has you covered.  All standard editions will include a limited edition controller sticker. Which I personally think is really cool by the way.

Persona 5lect

This will be included in limited amounts of the standard editions I presume. So make sure to check your local listings to get your hands on one of these limited controller skins as supplies may be limited. I must add these skins look pretty darn sweet. As of now word on if these skins are included in any other editions but this provides a nice little incentive for those who may be feeling left out or were unable to snag a steel book or collectors edition. Atlus has also included a tutorial video for those who may need a little bit of help on applying the skins to your Dual-Shock 4 controllers which you can check out the video below:

Persona 5 is only a few short weeks away and released April 4th. Are you interested in picking up this title? Or does this give you incentive, or motivation to purchase this upcoming game? Comment below and let us know. For this and all things PlayStation make sure to check back with us here at What’s Up PlayStation.

Here’s what Wada-san said, translated by  Nicholas “MajinTenshinhan” Taylor, below.

Kazuhisa Wada: Regarding a Persona 5: Arena title… We’ve just finished putting our all into Persona 5 itself, so it’d have to be something we’d discuss further down the line.
But I definitely want to make it happen.
