(Editors Opinion: I’ve long waited for this game to reach U.S PS Stores. I’ve actually downloaded this via the EU PSN and there wasn’t anyway to play to this as it was region blocked which was such a disappointment because I was sooo eager to get in on the action. However this game looks fun and gives a Dragon Crown-ish type feel if you’ve noticed in the trailer! At any rate this game looks to be a fun experience.)

What do you think of the trailer and gameplay? Does this interest you to give it a try? It is a free to play after all I believe. Comment below and let us know your thoughts? Make sure to keep up bookmarked and check back with us here at What’s Up PlayStation.

New God of War Trailer revealed at Paris Games Week 2017

What’s Up PlayStation Nation,

Today PlayStation’s recent press conference at Paris Games Week 2017 has kept gamers busy with talks of games like Detroit: Becoming Human, Ghost of Tsushima to name a few. Well the conversations will continue as we’ve also gotten a chance to view new footage of the highly anticipated God Of War for PS4. So far based on the trailer we still have yet to hear any information in regards to a release date which Sony has been really reluctant to reveal any dates to avoid release date fatigue, A new approach to titles they know are highly anticipated. As of know we only have an Early 2018 release date window. With that being said many are anxious to find out more and the current situation of Kratos so here’s what we’ve gathered so far:

More than seven years after felling Zeus and the Greek pantheon , Kratos is set to return in this iteration of the series. Taking place many years after the events of the original games, Kratos now has a son Atreus of which we know little about of as well as the identity of his mother.

(Editors Opinion: I am interested in this iteration of God Of War as I’ve previously been seldom intrigued with the previous entries. However with this upcoming God Of War I am interested in pursuing more of an understanding of the title. And I simply cannot wait to get my hands on this upcoming gem!)

What do you think of the trailer? Are you looking to pick this up. Does the lack of a solid release date hurt your momentum or decision making process for this title as a purchase? Comment below let us know. For news like this and more make sure to keep us bookmarked and check back with us here at What’s Up PlayStation.

Persona 5 Standard Edition Comes With A Little Extra

What’s Up PlayStation Nation,

It’s been almost 4 years since we’ve been introduced to the gaming goodness known as Persona 5. The 5th entry into the series has been highly anticipated among JRPG and PlayStation fans alike. Since it’s  2013 TGS reveal fans have been chomping at the bit to get their hands on this anticipated gem. Although our far-eastern PlayStation family have had their hands on the title since September 2016. Atlus seems to be willing to make good on the wait for the western fans by giving us something special even for those of you who haven’t pre-ordered the limited steel book edition and “Take Your Heart” collectors edition. But have no fear Atlus has you covered.  All standard editions will include a limited edition controller sticker. Which I personally think is really cool by the way.

Persona 5lect

This will be included in limited amounts of the standard editions I presume. So make sure to check your local listings to get your hands on one of these limited controller skins as supplies may be limited. I must add these skins look pretty darn sweet. As of now word on if these skins are included in any other editions but this provides a nice little incentive for those who may be feeling left out or were unable to snag a steel book or collectors edition. Atlus has also included a tutorial video for those who may need a little bit of help on applying the skins to your Dual-Shock 4 controllers which you can check out the video below:

Persona 5 is only a few short weeks away and released April 4th. Are you interested in picking up this title? Or does this give you incentive, or motivation to purchase this upcoming game? Comment below and let us know. For this and all things PlayStation make sure to check back with us here at What’s Up PlayStation.

Hello guys! I’m Hazem Hawash, the CEO of our small indie team Enigami!

Our action RPG Shiness is nearing release for PlayStation 4, so we wanted to introduce you to the game through a new Overview trailer taking you through the Lands of Life. The world of Shiness was born over 20 years ago, born of the pen strokes of Samir Rebib, Artistic Director of the studio.

The game’s journey however started on Kickstarter, allowing the project to grow and gain momentum, until it was embraced by Focus Home Interactive. Now the development phase is nearing conclusion, the indie studio keeps pumping all its energy and passion into Shiness, so that a child’s dream gives birth to an indie-RPG with a strong personality!
Today’s video invites you to the magic world of Shiness, supported by a strong artistic direction, enthralling environments and endearing characters. Explore the world, and use your characters’ special powers – Kayenne’s telekinesis, Poky’s electromagnetic fields manipulation… in order to progress during your adventure and find precious parchments, key to devastating spells and powerful combat techniques.

Throughout your quest, you’ll take part in hyper-dynamic fighting inspired by traditional combat games, combining combos, special moves, magic, elemental affinities and devastating “finish moves”. As you complete the quests and battle you win, you will gain experience and level, develop your characters and recruit new playable companions on your team.

We really hope you enjoy our manga inspired action RPG when it releases on PlayStation 4 this year!
