PS Now Coming to PC

What’s Up PlayStation Nation,

Sony’s exclusive game streaming service is coming to PC very soon in the North America. On the PlayStation Blog, Sony officially announced they are planning to bring the PS Now app to PC platforms and introduced a new DualShock4 USB wireless adapter. The DualShock 4 USB wireless adapter, will launch early in September and will cost $24.99($29.99 CAD). The adapter will easily connect your DualShock 4 to PC or Mac, and will enable features such as: the touch pad, light bar, motion sensors, vibration, and stereo headset jack(if the game supports these features).

PS Now on the PC will bring a wide selection of PlayStation exclusives to the PC platform. Series of games such as Uncharted, Rachet and Clank, and God of War. PS Now subscription offers over 400 games currently, with more are added each month. Sony is yet to confirm the exact release date for the PS Now app for PC in North America. But I’m sure that announcement will come soon and maybe some more games added to the library.

Here are the recommended specs for running PS Now on your PC:

  • Windows 7 (SP1), 8.1 or 10
  • 3.5 GHz Intel Core i3 or 3.8 GHz AMD A10 or faster
  • 300 MB or more; 2 GB or more of RAM
  • Sound card; USB port

A minimum 5mbps connection is required to use PS Now on any device
